Just like you have to be in good physical condition when you work out or participate in sporting events, the same applies in the Spiritual Realm. When you are going through certain situations in life, you have to be in good Spiritual condition. Your physical and Spiritual man have to be shaped and toned up because if not, you will get tired, weary, faint and eventually fall. In the book of Isaiah 40:28-31, the Prophet Isaiah asked the question, “Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
God is the only one that can get you in the Spiritual condition you are going to need to be in to endure many hardships, trials, and tribulations you are going to face in this life.

About the Book
The main purpose of this book is to encourage everyone to learn to love inspite of, have compassion, and to become forgiving individuals. This book teaches us how Jesus loved us inspite of our short comings, so much that He gave His life for us and that God loved us enough to send His only son to be an atonement for our sins. It also tells of the courage and unwavering faith of a man that knew he was facing a terminal illness and even knowing what the outcome was predicted to be, never questioned or blamed God. He walked through it with a smile on his face until the end. Most of all this book is written to let you know, no matter what you go through in this life, especially facing the death of loved ones such as a spouse, other family members, or a special friend no matter how young or old you are, with Jesus on your side, you can make it.
