About the Book

The Adventures of the Love Bunnies is a series of stories about three little bunnies who have three basic personalities. Runner jumps into things without thinking and is constantly getting into trouble. Mellow (Mel for short) is the peacemaker. Emosha, their sister, is emotional and fearful. Their mom and dad believe in God, Jesus Christ (the Son of God), and the Bible (the Word of God). This series of stories is intended to help children gain confidence and feel encouraged to read God’s Word and love one another.

About the Author

Charlotte Sustar, the author and illustrator of The Love Bunny’s and her second book, The Adventures of the Love Bunnies. She was born in Charlotte, N.C. R. L. Deaton and Midge Deaton her parents made sure they taught her and her three sisters the word of God and took them to church every Sunday. Through life’s journey she experienced difficult and trying times, however, she turned to GOD and His son JESUS Christ for deliverance. She knew the word of GOD and had a personal relationship with GOD and JESUS, GOD’S SON, whom He sent to die on the cross for our sins. Charlotte knew when Satan would attack her to quote God’s Word, believe and stand against the evil one. She trusted completely and knew without a doubt “JESUS” and her “Heavenly Father” would always come through for her. GOD is our creator and his son was sent to deliver us from the evil one. She believes God’s word when He says, (M a t t h e w 2 8: 2 0) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen!” Also Isaiah 54:17 (NKJV) No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall Condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me, says “The Lord.” Charlotte had a heart for children and desired to do God’s will. She was a substitute teacher for the Elementary and High school grades in the Union County area for years and loved working with the children and teens. God called her into the inner city centers to teach the children of His word, to feed, play games and love on them for 17 years. She taught children that were forced into gangs and felt unloved, rejected and feeling of no value. She also loved on them and through God’s word, brought them to their salvation. She experienced shootings and violence. She taught them JESUS IS THE WAY OUT! She led prayer for the area and gave hope where there was no hope. She taught them that there was a way out and God our creator will deliver us all and give us eternal life, peace, joy and no sickness, or disease. Innocent souls are saved through “JESUS AND GOD OUR FATHER” and His obedient Servants. TO GOD BE THE “GLORY”! Charlotte’s desire was that no child or anyone would go to Hell and she prays for their salvation. This is why she has been inspired to write her stories.
