About the Book
A new and different view of dying and deaths with comfort measures driven science to aid patients, patients’ families and caregivers. This book is based on the idea that yesterday has gone, today’s targets are in sight and tomorrow’s goals can still be attained and achieved. Indeed, there isn’t much we can do about the past except learn from it, but we do have some control over today and tomorrow. Our loved ones’ end-of-life journey should be welcome, cherished and made most comfortable regardless of any out-of-control symptoms and related dynamics. And we can only achieve this through knowledge, hence this book is designed to empower the dying, their families, caregivers and the society in general with this knowledge, especially with so much dying on account of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our dying loved ones’ deserve their end-of-life battles to be tranquil, pain-free and comfortable. This book provides tips on all the above, pragmatic solutions on how to accomplish them, and simple, logical, comprehensive education. It’s main premise is drawn from the life-energizing axiom that there is always something better coming and subsequently there is always room for improvement if we challenge ourselves to be better.
